Price and Availablity £195 per week (any time of year) (No increase for Xmas, New Year, School Holidays etc) Part- weeks or extra days are pro-rata, and I am happy to offer discounts for stays longer than 2 weeks. This price is for 1 to 4 people. For 5-6 people the price is £300 per week. Change -over days are flexible, and there is no specific ‘check out’ time. A 20% deposit will secure your booking and the balance is paid 4 weeks prior to your departure for Sharm. The price includes a fully cleaned and prepared apartment made ready for your arrival, and beds made up with freshly laundered linen, plus fresh towels in the bathroom. There are plenty of spare towels and bed linen in the bedroom. Electricity and water is charged separately. The meters are read when you arrive and again when you are about to leave. (You are welcome to check these readings with our staff). Please pay your utility charges in the office in Egyptian Pounds. These costs will vary according to the number of guests, the time of year and the weather, the use of air conditioners etc. I estimate that it may be between LE200 - LE500p.w. I always email lots of information and ‘helpful hints’ to my guests before they travel, so that their holiday will be easy and stress-free. There is also a ‘Welcome Folder’ in the apartment for you. A ‘Welcome-In Pack’ of essentials such as water, milk, bread, eggs, soap and loo rolls etc. can be ordered. This may be useful if your arrival is late at night. Airport transfers can be arranged by me. If you book these transfers and pay on arrival, then the following morning our driver will take you, at no charge, to the Metro Supermarket, wait and then bring you back. Prices for airport transfers are LE110 per trip for 1-2 persons, LE150 for 3-4 persons (prices as of 3/2010) A small extra charge will be charged for arrivals during the night.
